The Designer
Natalya James began as a bespoke bridalwear brand. Her collections are designed and handmade in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, home to her bridal boutique. Having graduated with a masters in Fashion with Business on an MDes course at the University of Brighton, Natalya has gained experience in several high profile companies including Suzie Turner, Anna Sui and Diane Von Furstenburg in New York.
However, her passion for design began at an early age, first learning garment construction, embroidery and embellishment techniques from her mother, a professional embroiderer. Having grown up sewing, Natalya has over 15 years experience in garment construction and set up her own business in order to create that perfect design, working with every client to create a garment which is unique and personal to each individual.
One-to-One Appointments
All brides who choose Natalya James will receive one on one consultations and a personal service, making the journey to find and create an exquisite dream wedding dress personal to each bride. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed atmosphere at our boutique where all our brides feel welcome and can share the bridal experience with friends and family.

Natalya James dresses are designed and handmade by our team in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. Natalya’s design process begins with fabrics she loves. We source materials from UK suppliers; the fabrics themselves may originate abroad.
