A little reassurance
Our appointments are free when you attend. A £25 holding deposit (£15 for accessory appointments) secures your time with us and is refunded on attendance.
The fee applies if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds.
